Founded in 2005 by former USC quarterback Brad Otton after his family traveled to Naples to learn the craft — Otton trained as a pizzaiolo under Enzo Coccia of La Notizia, a founding member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Settebello became one of the first VPN-certified pizzerias in America, cooking true Neapolitan pies in 900° wood-fired ovens in about 90 seconds. The name comes from the most coveted card in the Italian game Scopa. The Margherita DOC is the classic move; the Gringo Peligroso and the sweet-heat Pere e Jalapeño are the adventurous ones. Also in Henderson at 140 S Green Valley Pkwy.
